One of the highlights of my stay was undoubtedly the beach and pool and area and the delicious and varied breakfast buffet offered each morning. With a plethora of choices available, from freshly baked pastries and tropical fruits to traditional Thai dishes. While I have seen some negative reviews about this resort, I must disagree with any criticism directed towards it. The overall experience was incredibly positive, and I believe anyone who has anything negative to say might be nitpicking or simply having unrealistic expectations. During my time here, I encountered nothing but exceptional service and attention to detail. The staff was attentive, helpful, and always ready to assist with any request. In conclusion, I highly recommend this 4-star resort. With its beautiful beach, tranquility, friendly service, and exceptional breakfast buffet, it surpasses many other resorts in the area.

We stayed 2 nights. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. You have to walk a lot of stairs to the pool, cafe, or lobby. The staff is excellent and breakfast had many options. Dinner was also good, Thai and European choices. The pools were clean and warm. It has a beautiful private beach, but the trade off is that it's isolated, nothing nearby for shopping or food.

We had an issue with our first room, I complained and within minutes the manager her name was View had picked up the issue and dealt with it in an amazing way. Our room was upgraded instantly to a private pool room which was beautiful and as it was our honeymoon they prepared beautiful flowers on the bed. Also a short time later a really yummy "honeymoon" cake was brought to our room. In general the staff are top notch but this centara resort is a little dated overall. But made up for with amazing and dedicated staff that truly go the extra mile. Thank you View 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

We stayed here for 4 nights and fully enjoyed and satisfied. Staff were friendly and attentive. They all served you with true happy faces. Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was good with different choices of food that varied every day. Spa was good and always offered promotions. The villa was situated on a hill so please be prepared to walk on many steps whenever you go to restaurants, swimming pools, spa, and lobby. People with knee problems have to consider this point. The resort is not close to Chaweng beach and tourists attractions, we had car so it was fine to us. We enjoyed the peaceful location though.

Really bizarre hotel. It feels like they don't want any customers there. Criminally understaffed. Unkempt grounds. Basic lack of standards for "4star". Cigarette butts from previous guests still on my villa balcony after 4 days. Very average food with a menu that doesn't change. Long waits for everything at the bar and restaurant, despite so few customers. Will close half of the beach to guests occasionally for visitors from a cruise. Shuttle bus timetable is designed so that it is of no use at all. Demanded a large deposit of 1000baht per night at check in "for key" apparently. If guests are leaving without paying their tabs then I can understand why and sympathise with those guests, as everything is overpriced, poor quality and even worse service. Best bit is the omelette station at breakfast. Green day drink voucher offered if you help them by not having the room cleaned. However, it is for 150 baht (127baht after tax) and a pint of beer is 195 baht. Pathetic. Feels like the place is cutting costs everywhere and hasn't got that long left. Best to be safe and avoid.

Beautiful setting, stunning private beach and two lovely pools. We didn't want for anything staying here. The only downside is needing transport to get to any of the busier parts of the island, although regular transportation is provided throughout the day and scheduled pick-ups. And lamai beach is only 15 minutes away in the shuttle bus so not too bad. The resort itself makes up for this tho. The food was amazing, as was the entertainment that was laid on for us. I have to praise the staff as well, they are all so friendly and eager to help. I especially need to mention Tin and Goong, they are an absolute credit to to the place, they went above and beyond and made our stay that bit more fun! ( and they work so hard...as do all the staff ) We can't wait to go back ❤️

We've just had the romantic dinner on the beach and the food was incredible. We had the Thai dinner and every single part was amazing. Well done chef 👏. Tim our server was brilliant. Explained everything so well. We booked it on a Friday so we even got the fire show too, which just topped the evening off perfectly.

The hotel is nice and clean and it has nice pool areas. The location is a bit remote and I would definitely recommend rending a scooter/motorbike for getting around. The hotel had a shuttle bus, but honestly it didn't work out for us. …
